Pianist David McGrory has received wide acclaim for his performances in London, Belfast, Edinburgh, Dublin, Munich, Brussels, Galway, Glasgow, Oxford, Leeds, San Antonio and Boston.  In January 1999, he made his debut with the Ulster Orchestra at the Ulster Hall in Belfast.

Beginning his studies at age four, David went on to win the RTE Musician of the Future Piano Division, and was an overall Concerto finalist at the RTE Musician of the Future in Dublin.  David was also a finalist at the Blacktie National Piano Competition in Ireland, and has won numerous other awards, including the Making Belfast Work Award at the West Belfast Classical Bursary, was an Honours Competition winner at the New England Conservatory and a winner in the Concerto Competition at the Longy School of Music.   David received his Bachelor of Music with Honours from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, a Graduate Diploma from the New England Conservatory and most recently an Artist Diploma from the Longy School of Music . more
